Summary
It is easy to set the mold in the ball star by moving the mold forward, backward and right on the FREE-BRG.
After clamping the upper mold to the slide (crapping), the lower mold is clamped, and the FREE-BRG sinks due to the clamping force, and the lower mold and the ball star are crowded. (Or you can fasten the lower die by lowering the slide so that the lower die moves against the ball star.
If there are holes or irregularities on the bottom of the mold, please attach more than 3.2t of iron plate to the bottom of the mold. (Casting mold)
Free BRT is also installed on the plate that carries the mold, which can save manpower.

▶ Insert the FREE-BEARGIN into the press ballstar as shown in the figure.
▶ Insert A in the figure in the range of 2 m / m (+0 -0.5).
