Summary
The mold can move on the rollers with a force less than about 1/100 of the mold load.
CYLINDER and CYLINDER connection is connected by O.S.T high pressure pipe.
SCRAP prevention cover is attached to ROLLER part. Therefore, SCRAP can be used safely in many places.
The level of the limiter can be adjusted with the leveling screw.
ROLLER has a protective surface with special surface treatment to protect the bearings.
Structure
-At the time of ascent, hydraulic cylinder A is operated by hydraulic pressure. (When descending, it will return to SPRING.)
-The ROLLER-3D attached to the ROLLER BAR rises about mm from the surface of the BOLSTER, and the mold rises as shown in Fig. B.
